It just wont move off the "No audio device" message when I try to click on the DDJ1000 ASIO??

Rekordbox will not load my DDJ1000 ASIO driver
I have tried everything but it remains blank and wont load it. I have the most up to date firmware, DDJ1000 ASIO Drivers and version of Rekordbox. I am Windows 10 and totally up to date with Service Packs - please help me.

Problem fixed - you just needed to disable the other soundcards on the laptop so that Rekordbox could load the DDJ1000 ASIO driver - phew!

But I don't understand why I have to disable the internal sound card Realtek, if before was working properly. I mean onece I connect the DDJ1000 the REKORDBOX is recognizing the Dj controller as a main asió driver automatically. There is any solution? Already update to the latest fireware and driver

We can't guarantee 100% functionality / compatibility with every driver / software / computer, there will be some situations where other components need to be disabled in order for things to function as intended. I'm sorry that you have to disable the Realtek, but at the very least, if you've figured out that's what's necessary, it's better to have a solution than to be disappointed with something that doesn't work.
