No, you would need to purchase a newer device that supports 8 hotcues.
You can press Loop In while the track is playing to set a temporary cue point, and then press Memory to save it as a memory cue.

Hot Cues - more than 4?
Hi,
Have the XDJ-RX. Only has 4 touchpads. Is it possible to set more than 4 hot cues during playback by pressing a button combination like SHIFT + HOT CUE?
Annoying there is only 4, thought there might be a way to set more hot cues on the fly.
If not - how do you set memory cues whilst playing?
