Licença do RekordBox

Comprei uma controlado DDJ-RB, porem ela veio com uma chave de 23 números(me parece que o correto é vir com uma chave de 25 números), e quando eu coloco no programa fala que a licença é invalida, já tentei diversas coisas e nada funciona, gostaria de uma resposta, pois estou com meu produto para a mais de semanas por conta desse problema. obrigado

The key you need to use was provided on a black card inside the box, not the label on the bottom of the unit. If you need a replacement, please file an inquiry ticket here and our rekordbox support team will be able to gather some additional information to assist you in resolving this issue.
