DDJ-SR2 EQ/Filter Issue

So I just picked up the DDJ-SR2 a few days ago. Got the drivers installed and proceeded to check out the new toy. At first everything seems to be legit until I attempted to use the HPF/LPF.

Having used multiple Pioneer Hardware, I knew something was up when I wasn't getting full HPF or LPF range. I didn't pay much attention to it until I realized the the Low Freq EQ knob does basically nothing and upon further testing, I've found that the Sampler Volume knob is also influencing the EQ. 

Everything else seems to be working as normal. The problem seems to be isolated to the HPF/LPF,Low EQ and Sampler Volume knobs not to doing what they're supposed to do.

Any help with this issue would be greatly appreciated.
