Hello there,
I have the DDJ-SX3 and it is one of the units without the black dot that should have been part of the recall. I have been in contact with Pioneer and they told me to create a post on the forum about my issues.
- The right jog wheel freezes and the play/pause button stops working when I'm using the unit
- Two of the mic inputs are not working, it is specifically the channel 3 and channel 4 mics that aren't working, mic 1 is fine
I had to cancel my last couple gigs and I am not able to take any new gigs on because I'm worried that this defective unit will ruin the show and my reputation.
I am from Toronto Ontario in Canada and I would like to know how to proceed with getting a working unit.

Thanks, I used the contact form to request help, is there anything else I can do?
At this time, no - they should be in contact to arrange the shipping for repair. Thanks!
I have a DDJSX3 unit also my channels 3 and 4 are not working.I just bought it today box has a black dot on it still dont work
@Michael > Can you be more specific as to what "isn't working"?
Ok no problem Chanel's 1 and 2 play fine. But channels 3 and 4 I can not get any audio out I have tried my phone another laptop a mic nothing works Also all the switches are in the correct position that goes with the channel I had to hook up a external mixer to make it work but I do not want to keep it like that. Also I have a quick question when I use serato the lights in the center ring work shows track spinning but it sound like its playing fast? So Instead of serato I used pcdjdex3re and works fine and is louder than serato but the center lights dont work when song is playing. Can the lights work with djdex3re software????Ijust updated firmware lastnight.Any thoughts on any of these issues would be great I realy dont want to return the DDJSX3 this would be my 2nd one.Thank you
Okay, so just to clarify - when you connect a wired mic to CH3, and set the input selector to MIC1 (the second position from the right), you get no audio signal on the meter regardless of the position of the channel trim?
