Play button, Cue, Sync, and Shift stopped working

I have purchased a DDJ-RB about two weeks ago and on the left side of the controller, the play button, cue button, sync button and the shift button have stopped working in rekordbox. The Play button and cue button both light up as to work, but do not function when pressed. The buttons were working 2 days ago. Also when a song is loaded on deck 1 and the song is paused, both the play button and the cue flash as if to start the track once more. When I click the Sync button, it does not light up. Every other button on the controller functions correctly.

The controller was not dropped or had anything split on it.

The right side, every button works and I am able to control with the play button, etc.

First. Rekordbox isnt even open and I am seeing if the Shift Button functions. On the right side you can when i hold shift the cue button lights up. When I do it on the left side, it does not.

Second. The play button and cue button on the left side do not work when trying to play a track.
