Digitally signed driver

I have been trying to connect my new ddj 1000 to my Windows 7 laptop now for hours. The display on the jog wheels reads no audio driver. After uninstalling and reinstalling several times I got a message regarding an attempt to install a digitally unsigned driver from pioneer.

Please advise as I am at my wits end with it

@James > You're likely receiving that error because you haven't fully updated to the latest (and final) Windows 7 service pack and system updates. Once you have, you won't get the issue regarding driver signing.

@David > You're likely having an issue with the OS security blocking the drivers; follow these instructions:

  1. Disconnect the USB from your hardware.
  2. Download the drivers.
  3. Open the driver package and run the uninstaller file.
  4. Reboot your computer.
  5. Open the driver package and run the driver installation file.
  6. After the installation has completed, give the drivers permission if necessary (High Sierra and Mojave).
  7. Reboot your computer.
  8. Connect the USB and test as normal.

I have a comparable issue on Mac OS Mojave ... would be nice to see some support from Pioneer :(
