DJM 800 - Channel 4 not on master channel.

Hi all, 

I recently purchased a second hand DJM 800. Unfortunately channel 4 is not sending level to the master channel. Sound is coming in from my turntable as the led's on this channel are lighting up and you can hear the song through the cue. Are there any parameters that i might of turned off to cause this? If not, is there an easy fix for this issue?

Finally, the Channel two inputs are slightly faulty as the volume right side is much higher then the left. Again, is there any easy way to overcome this?

@Tom > Sounds like the channel fader may be faulty or it's assigned to the crossfader (and it's to the wrong side), but that seems less likely if you've tested a few things.

The CH2 issue could be on the input gain stage - best way to troubleshoot that is swap the input L/R cables and if the problem stays on the same side, it's within the channel itself.

You can contact Pioneer DJ technical support in your region to have your hardware inspected and/or serviced.
