You could restore the database, only having moved the 50GB of files you want to keep, then anything that isn't relocated, you delete from rekordbox.
Hey guys,
So I have a new mac (whoop)
Problem > I have 150GB of music in my Old itunes Media.... However I only want to transfer the 50GB's that is in my rekordbox to the new Macbook.
How can this be done?
I have successfully backed up my rekordbox. (but done nothing with it)
I have then moved the master database to the external and then to the new mac.
I can relocate everything BUT only if I move the whole Itunes folder which then transfers 100GB of tracks not in my rekordbox to my shiny new mac.
Is there a way to do this? Is there also a way to split the 50Gb and the 100GB as i would like to skim through the 100GB and potentially load missed tracks in to my rekordbox instead of just deleting them?
Kind regards
Ed
