Channel VU LED Meters not lighting up

Hi guys, i recently purchased a ddj rx but im having a problem with deck 1234 channel vu level meters. They do not light up when playing a song even via output2 through a speaker, how ever they dk light up when i switch the controller on.

Ive tried the latest 1.04 firmware update anc still no luck, actually the 1.04 update doest seem to work to good aswell.
