For starters, you can't use a 3rd party audio interface to output audio from Serato; it has to be one of the certified devices (mixer or controller) which has the built-in hardware.
Most likely, the issue you're encountering is that your audio buffer size is too low, thus causing buffer under-runs, and pops/clicks. Try raising the buffer to the lowest setting where it does not do that.
Also, on Windows 10, you may try a couple of other things...
- disable Cortana
- disable any other Windows drive indexing
- disable antivirus or malware scanners
- throttle the CPU back to 99% to disable the turbo-boost, which under certain Windows 10 builds can cause audio issues
