How to connect a External Sound Card to a Laptop and D.j. Controller

Hello everyone I am new here and I have a question if anyone knows how to connect a external sound card from my laptop ( Window 10 ) to my Pioneer DDJ -SZ2 ? I kinda have a idea how but not sure exactly how. I been having a issue with my sound when playing music I get a POPING or GLITCHING sound randomly and some times not at all and (yes) all the firmware and drives are up to date also all equipment and cables are new and properly secure and all programs are close when using (Serato) and all updated with drives and firmware are done on Serato. My laptop meets all the minimum requirements by (SERATO) I had everything inspected for defects after a long process of calling different supports from DELL to Serato, Dell had suggested for me to use a (External Sound Card) they suggested this brand  (SoundblasterX G6) that this will fix any current issues. they said I can use any other brand but at the moment this is what they found wound work. Does anyone have any other suggestions how I can fix this issues or recommend and other source and knows how I can connect this external sound card correctly. I Thank You for any Help or suggestions have a good day.

For starters, you can't use a 3rd party audio interface to output audio from Serato; it has to be one of the certified devices (mixer or controller) which has the built-in hardware.

Most likely, the issue you're encountering is that your audio buffer size is too low, thus causing buffer under-runs, and pops/clicks. Try raising the buffer to the lowest setting where it does not do that.

Also, on Windows 10, you may try a couple of other things...

- disable Cortana

- disable any other Windows drive indexing

- disable antivirus or malware scanners

- throttle the CPU back to 99% to disable the turbo-boost, which under certain Windows 10 builds can cause audio issues
