Hello, suddenly my shift, cue, sync and play buttons in the left side of my DDJ RB stopped working! However, the lights of cue and play buttons work so i think it's not a hardware prob! Also my rb is updated in v103!What can i do?

Well, it could be a hardware problem, but it could also be that the unit is not receiving adequate power over USB to the RB itself. Can you test it on a different USB port, using a powered USB hub, or even on another computer?
I tested on another computer and it didn't work again! So you think it's a hardware prob?
Unless it's an identical model computer... have you tried a different USB cable as well?
try to check it on some other computer,maybe there is power shortage that's why it is not working or maybe hardware failure, get it checked from service center.
