Rekordbox version 5.4.2 also trouble with the screen on the laptop of my son. Sometimes large blue and white triangels are seen on the screen.
It is easy to correct, just by closing and opening Rekordbox to the windows bar below, with the right bar in the upperright corner. But it is obviously annoying when he is mixing and this hapens.
I did see that more people had this problem.
My son has the DDJ-400 since august 2018. He also had this problem with the older version of Rekordbox, I updated it last november to the new version 5.4.2, but it didn't fixed the problem.
My son uses a HP 15-bs190nd laptop with Windows 10
I think this shows the videocard information of the laptop.
It has the latest updated installed.

You can do one of two things...
1) Update the drivers for your graphics adapter:
2) There are two display adapters in your computer, and there is a conflict - switch the selected adapter from the secondary adapter back to the primary (or vice-versa, depending on which one has defaulted).
