Here is my configuration: MacBook Pro Retina 15.4 inches late 2013 SSD Disk 512 GB 16 GB of RAM.
I installed Rekordbox DJ and everything works fine with my DDJ-1000 controller;
I tried to install the Rekordbox Video version in a 30-day trial version and it did not work;
I buy the Rekordbox Video license and then install and activate the license and can not activate the video function on my Macbook.
What is the problem I need technical support.
Why is it not possible in Canada to call technical support on a toll-free number?
It seems to me that the cost of devices and software sold by Pioneer that it would be normal ...
