Customer service is terrible. No help plx 1000

Have a brand new Plx-1000 anf the tone arm is either bent or just defective. Called pioneer do 7 times and they keep telling me theybwill send me a link for a service center. No link. Called again, and they took all my information and said someone would call me, 2 days later, still nothing. Your Customer service is terrible. Maybe ill just shift to Rane or Numark

Unfortunately, service center information in Minesota is not listed in the webpage. Please find a service center near from your place in the list and call and ask them how to bring or send the unit.

The closest one from me is Chicago. So I'm supposed to call there and ask? And I'm supposed to pay for the astronomical shipping bill for a brand new piece of defective equipment?

Hello Janathan,

Did you receive the warranty document in the box of the PLX-1000? If so, you do not have to pay for the repair cost. Also, you can ask the store, where you purchased them, what you should do with the defective units. 

Or, please ask the service center about the shipping cost.

@Jonathan > You noted in your ticket that you purchased your PLX from Guitar Center - have you contacted them about getting a replacement for a unit that arrived damaged? Their exchange policies are pretty good.
