Cdj 2000 nexus reloop/exit and loop mode problem

Hallo,i have 2 problems:
In 1 of my cdj 2000 nexus reloop/exit button dosent work but cliks and shines with red color.hier is yt film

in second player cdj 2000 nexus loop mode button dosent works, but with reloop/exit button i change loop mode and i exit the loops.

The second video shows the button working as expected, but in the first video, it appears that the button is not responding - and that could be a hardware problem with the contact switch itself. I'll direct you to please contact Pioneer DJ technical support in your region to have your hardware inspected and/or serviced.
