Afx lighting beam 1R 120w does not work

For some reason it adds som % after the link, if you removed this the links works-

I think that the problem is that dimmer is actually needed, even though the manual says "No Use" It seems to me that the manual it not updated correctly.

Hi there, i realy need an answer on this issue. My fixtures are unusefull. 

@Rolf > The fixture database team has confirmed that it is configured properly but it seems there may be a setting in the DMX which rekordbox is not meeting in order for it to function as expected. Our lighting team is looking into why this might be. Thank you for your patience.

Any news regarding this issue? It's totally not okay, that it should be taking so long to fix this issue. I still have fixtures and a DMX box stille not working.

And now the database says, Beam 1R /151938)(Standard Mode 12 chs) - ([Rekordbox Ready] What's does this mean?

Please guys, why haven't this issue been fixed yet? It hase been going on for almost two years now?

Thank you for the feedback to the fixture, Afx lighting beam 1R 120w.

rekordbox lighting engineers simulated on their end and advised below.

Please go to PERFORMANCE mode > Lighting panel > DMX Direct Control.

Change the CH5 value to around 50, you may be able to improve the fixture behaviors. If you still have any issues, please send us some screenshots of LIGHTING mode > FIXTURE LIBRARY, they will be able to provide you with further detailed methods.
