I recently purchased a 2nd hand RB which didn't come with the licence key for rekordbox.. How do I go about this please?
I have added the device to my profile with the serial code of the product.

@Ashlea > The key on the bottom of the unit is a tracking key, not the serial number required to activate rekordbox; that is included on a black card found inside the box. If you did not receive one, please file an inquiry ticket here and our rekordbox support team will be able to gather some additional information to assist you in resolving this issue.

Unfortunately if you have purchased it from a user, the key doesn't necessarily need to be sold with the hardware, so if that's the case, you'll have to purchase a rekordbox license.
If you purchased it from a dealer and they did not provide a key, you'll have to contact them and ask them to request a license.

I have found the key on the device but when I enter the 26 digit it says invalid

Just been into store they advised it's a new controller and the key should work, I can take it back to them and they will email yourselfs. Just wondering I can send you the key in private message so you can check it?
