XDJ RX2 vs DDJ 1000 problem

Hello,

I am planning to sell my RX2 for a DDJ 1000. I tested the RX2 with rekordbox to see if I like to use a computer instead of an USB. When I do a spin back with my RX2, they are way slower than a spin back without the use of rekordbox. The wavelengths on rekordbox can't keep up with the fast speed of the jogwheels. Is this also the case for the DDJ 1000? Is this a built-in limitation of the RX2? Do I have to change something in rekordbox?

Thanks in advance.

Do you simply mean that the waveform onscreen isn't redrawing itself as fast as you spin the jog? Or that the audio isn't keeping up?

If anything, it sounds to me like it's an issue with your PC's graphics adapter not being able to refresh the data quick enough.

I mean that the waveform onscreen isn't redrawing itself as fast as I spin the jog, but I don't think it's because of issues with my PC's graphics adapter (I could be absolutely wrong). I made two videos to give a better view of the problem.

Same song. You can see a noticeable difference in the speed of waveform, even though I spin as hard as I can.

Thanks in advance.

I think I understand what you're trying to say -- using rekordbox requires more rotations to cover the same distance in the song.

There may be a difference in the response performance, but sadly there is no way to adjust for that.
