backup and library > restore processes

hi iam bill from greece i want to restore my lidrary from my external driver to my new pc

when i open the folder to my external driver i see two diffrent folder on

rekordbox_bak witch had big size foe exanle 110 gb

and a second folder

rekordbox_bak_20190128 witch is zipe file 485 mb

so please let me know

do i have  to load the first the big rekordbox_bak wich contains the audio files

andthe the zipe rekordbox_bak_20190128 wich has all the present data

whats the diffrent of those two folders

and finaly

whats how can i place
