XLR outputs

Hi, I have been having trouble with my xlr outputs, the keen breaking down mid set, I have to hold them in place for them to work, booth is breaking down too. Has anyone else experienced this? I’m I correct in thinking if I purchase part DWX3616 it should sort these problems for good?
Thanks

To begin I think it's nice to know about what Pioneer hardware you are writing. Maybe you can update this in the topic question.

Did you try another set of XLR cables, to see if this works? Otherwise the XLR outlets in your Pioneer hardware may have come loose from their soldered contacts on the pcb. Often this happends when the XLR connectors from the cables are in the outlets and under pressure for a longer time. Maybe they have been stuck in a small flightcase, or something else is forcing the connectors.

Hi, it’s an XDJ RX I bought it when it was first released so it’s around 4 years old. I have tried different XLR cables, and like I said the booth is cutting out also and the RCA master is doing the same, so I was thinking maybe the board that the connectors are on is faulty, it’s seen a lot of action over the last 4 years used nearly every weekend

Reading your comment I think it's wise to get the screwdriver and open up this guy.

Most probably you'll find soms loose contacts. Maybe you're lucky as they can be loose pcb connectors, otherwise you need to head up the soldering iron.
