iTunes and Rekordbox songs no more synced

I have a big problem, suddenly my Rekordbox and iTunes tracks (on Rekordbox) are no longer synced: I have a playlist in iTunes with more than 800 songs, I have the same playlist in Rekordbox collection, each song already analyzed and with cue and memory points, a huge work, day by day, stone by stone but from today, suddenly, if I load a song from the iTunes playlist to the Rekordbox collection it's being duplicated and analyzed like a new songs, this procedure is also creating two songs with the same name and same path in the Rekordbox collection, one have the cue and memory points and the other one is empty. The big problem is that from now every time i wanna import a playlist from iTunes, Rekordbox is still analyzing all the songs as new songs. Before was different, perfect in sync. I really don't know what to do. Rework all the 800 songs is a huge work and a waste of time.

@Marco > I suspect if you were to check the filenames / paths of those duplicates you might see why they're being duplicated when imported -- rekordbox sees it as a unique song, a new addition.

Do you have this checkbox ticked:

If you do, any changes to the title, artist, or album, will result in iTunes moving the file to a new location.

The other reason this might happen is if you use Windows and your music is mounted externally - the drive letter may be different from one to the next. If you use a Mac, and mounted two drives with identical names, it would name the second drive with a "1" at the end, thus creating a different path to the files.
