I just bought a new SR2. When I connect my hardware with USB only the Censor button flashes, indicating a poor power supply. No issues when connected to AC power. Any idea why I can't use USB power only? Current laptop is a brand new ACER NItro. I have tried on other laptops as well. Thank you in advance.
Many PCs don't provide adequate power over USB to connected devices, especially high-draw devices such as the SR2. You can try another USB port, different USB cable, or simply ensure the external power is connected to the SR2 when using it with that particular computer.

I am having the same issue. i have tried different ports and external power supply. nothing changes.master level red light keeps flashing. Please assist
