LINK / EXPORT MODE NOT SHOWING DECKS AT BOTTOM OF SCREEN

I am running a 2019 Macbook Pro with MOJAVE OS on 16GB RAM and an RX2 Controller and a CHROMA USB CABLE (Mean't to be the one of the best in the industry).

I want to use REKORDBOX in EXPORT mode so that I simply use my macbook as a music library but I actually control all the mixing and music play from the RX2 controller.

I have installed the 'ethernet LINK' driver for MAC and can see the RX2 in my audio settings when it is connected to the RX2 controller.

But when I am in EXPORT mode, although the LINK button eventually appears in the bottom left corner, when I click on it, it changes to a similar size square button with a number 1 on it above the word LINK, but I am not able to see the two orange looking decks at the bottom of the screen in the middle where you are supposed to drag and drop tracks to from the library.

I have FIREWALL turned off, I have turned the security Firewall off from my McAffee Anti Virus.

Why can I not see the two orange decks at the bottom of the EXPORT MODE screen?

Any help would be greatly appreciated as this is driving me nuts and not the kind of BS I expect from Pioneer and Apple with what should be a really simple plug n play system!

Thanks in advance.
