DVS Sound Issue

I have a Recordbox DVS system, only 6 weeks old. It seems to be needle related but I have already replaced one needle and it has crept back again. Recordbox seems to struggle understanding the pitch of the platter especially on build ups on songs with a high pitch sound. The sound ‘warbles’ or occasionally completely stops and the line that passes over the sound wave in Recordbox goes red.

As mentioned this seems related to a needle but it is the second needle (Ortofon Mix) and the needles work fine on normal vinyl.

Are these needles not great for DVS or is there another fault causing this problem to creep in.

@David > Can you please further explain:

Playback of audio files does not affect the incoming signal, so I'm unsure of how you feel the pitch of the song it's playing doesn't work as expected?

Sorry, what I mean is the sound will have a warble or will slow down to an almost stop. It is most accute on high pitch parts of songs (like on a build up).

The configuration circle is not circular and is quite fuzzy.

Can I upload or send you a video.

Have you checked the connection of the cartridge in the tonearm, and the RCA cables between the turntable and the mixer / controller?
