HI PIONEER

i have problem with ARC MOW 3W which strobe is not working in pioneer lighting mode while it works with dmx mixer. what can i do?

and ARC8 LED SPIDER-L only work with 36 channel while 1 Channel and 6 and 12 channel is available

The ARC8 Spider may work as a BAR type fixture, but it is a type of FX fixture, so it may not work fully.

As for the ARC MOW 3W, I wasn't able to find that fixture anywhere - can you please provide a link to the product?
