RZX Master output freeze

Does anyone help DDj RZX owners? Months pass by and none of the technical support gave us hope to eliminate the problem with the disappearance of the master channel sound. In my experience, RZX is guilty, not rekordbox. As if something made him sleepy. If you make a break during the game and the controller is inactive for a few minutes, then it is almost always possible that the sound will not be output to the master channel. Just reset the controller and start playing. Please support for this problem because it is unacceptable that the highest model controller does not work properly.
