If you're using Nexus equipment you can safely use Master Tempo if you don't exceed pitching +-6%. There will of course be some degradation of sound quality but it will be very hard, if not impossible, to hear in a club environment.
But if you frequently play on older gear, or as you wrote, don't want to use Master Tempo you can use my old trick:
1) Sort your tracks according to BPM and choose a BPM value that's roughly in the middle.
2) Re-tag all tracks that are more than 3% faster or slower with one semitone up / down.
Now you will have a collection with keys adapted to pitch, not perfect but surprisingly ok. Note that you will not have to play at your "middle tempo", it's just to decide which tracks to re-tag.
