I have a problem with Rekordbox video. How do I get the 2nd display to full screen? I currently have a valid video license for the add on and the video check box enabled in the software, I mean the .mp4 video plays fine on my laptop in Rekordbox, but when I try to move the pop up preview video off of the master to the 2nd display, I get a grey screen and it freezes and never goes to full screen. I am running an MSI laptop with an Intel Core i7-8750H @ 2.20GHz, 16.0 GB of RAM, 64-bit Operating system, x64 based processor. I followed a recommendation to update the Intel Drivers via the Support Assistant but this hasn't resolved the issue. Can you please provide me a way to get the video to full screen.
