Error code 7 rekordbox.
I purchased the 100 dollar rekord box dvs package, and can't activate it in rekordbox using the license key that was provided. I've read that to activate it you have to go to preferences go to license then click on an option that says rekordbox dvs but I see no option for this only activate and a few other non clickable texts on screen. I tried proceeding to activate and when entering my license key that was provided to me I get error code 7. I'm probably going to have to miss my set tonight because I'm not able to use my program on the clubs ddj, this is very frustrating and inconvenient. Please help.

I don't think so, I thought the dvs license was the only license I needed to be able to use rekordbox with ddjs. Do I have to purchase another license? If so could you please link the page and give a description of what I need to do please? Do I need dvs to have a license key? If not could I get refunded for my purchase or would I still need dvs?

If the only license you have purchased is a dvs plus pack, then you also need a rekordbox dj plus pack to enable the PERFORMANCE mode of rekordbox.
Any of these units would have shipped with at least the rekordbox dj plus pack, some include additional plus packs, so there's no need to purchase additional licenses depending on the hardware you have.
