Sadly, the software won't let you mix audio and video files into the same playlist. You can only create separate playlists and can only do that in Performance mode. For some strange reason, you can't access the files in Export mode.
Many people have regularly requested the ability to mix audio and video in the same playlist and they've suggested it might be coming for months and months now.
