SB3 on standby mode???

Greetings, got a brand new sb3 from zZounds. Plugged it in, downloaded the firmware installed the drivers uninstalled the drivers re downloaded the firm ware, switched the playback methods, the communication device, the sound cards preferences inside vdj, the cables, the USB ports, switched the computers. Wth is wrong with this thing??? The lights are on but nobody’s home. They’re just fun. The only buttons that light up fully when pressed are MASTER, hot cue, fx fade, pad scratch and sampler. Along with the corresponding pads. Anyone had this issue before??
