DDJ-SB2 Shift Button Permanently On

Hi I have been DJing with a DDJ-SB2 for 6 months and everything was fine until yesterday on a set some buttons are doing different things that they supposed to, It seems that the Shift Button is permanently activated for the whole controller, tracks play when pushing the channel fader up, if I push the cue button it loads another song, tempo fader is not working, fx knob moves the beats instead of activating the effect, cue mixer buttons don't work, i have tried cables, other usb port, updated everything computer and serato pro, don't know why this is happening, when I connect the controller to the computer the shift button if on permanently on the right deck, I hope someone can help me with this cause I can't DJ like this.
