I've got a DDJ-400 and a Mac with Rekordbox + my personal MP3 collection on it. Is there a way to set up a USB as an input device that may contain additional MP3s?
A scenario where a friend can bring his USB and plug into my laptop w/ rekordbox + DDJ and spin his own stuff on top of mine.
Yes - provided it's an export device, you can play from it without having to import to the collection, simply load songs from the tree on the left. The only down side is those tracks are not logged to the history, nor will they be marked as "played."
