Is it possible to play one hot cue in different value on a piano?

Hey. 
Say if I take the first hot cue (A) and put a midi piano in to rekordbox dj, then I play the first hot cue as value 0 on the piano.
Is it possible to (key shit, pitch adjust, pitch bend) the original hot cue a whole octave up and down. 
I know Serato has the Serato Sample plug in. But is there any way you can map the keys on a piano to play different value of the original hot cue A.
