Are you using the DDJ-RR with the external power supply or just from USB power?

Ddjrr Headphone noise
My ddj rr pioneer works good but when I am leasing cue song in headphone give me the noise all the time other outputs working perfect and clear headphone only give me noise
Anybody give me the solution pls or explain how to fix this problem thanks by DJKEDIE ✌️
