Bad analyzing beats and phrases. Things are still not solved!

Unbelievable!
You take the effort to report something that has clearly been not properly working for more than a year, and you just get shoved off with an untrue and untested answer, followed by closing of the comments.

First issue:

If a simple house rhythm pattern, where the first is always a kick drum and the second count is a close hi-hat. There should be no question that there is any focus on the second count.
And if RB can't detect that, then there's something wrong with the algorithm.

The second issue I found more than once, is that the software also doesn't see the first kickdrum of a track as the beginning of a song.
Rather, it places the beginining of its analysis on the second or third count.
How hard can it be to detect a spike in a waveform coming from absolute silence as the beginning.
