Rekordbox freez

Hello, just yesterday I bought a ddj 400, set a rekordbox and activated it with a key that came with the controller. But I ran into such a problem: the rekordbox itself works well, but as soon as I plug in the controller to the laptop, the program starts to freeze every 5-7 seconds and after 3-5 seconds it starts working again, and so on.I tried other USB plugs, reinstalled the program, but nothing has changed.
Here are the characteristics of my laptop:

-Intel core i5-4200m

-6 GB RAM

-Windows 10

-Rekordbox 5.5.0

I am new in to DJing, and so far I don’t know how to solve this problem.
