Trouble moving Library/database from external HD backup

Recently my hard drive crashed with all of my music on it. Luckily I had a backup of all of my songs so everything moved over pretty easy, except for all of my waveforms, hotcues, etc. My master database was on my main hard drive (internal) so I don't understand why there's an issue transferring everything over. Also, on my thumb drive, all of my songs are still on there with proper info, but as soon as I connected it to my computer to check, all the songs were removed from my playlists.

How can I get back all of my song information?
