Error 7 when trying to activate DVS add on
Had Rekordbox DJ set up on my laptop for years now. Works fine with DDJ-RR.
Decided to give the DVS version a go, so bought the add on DVS on a monthly plan (along with video, etc). (plus physical vinyl control)
Go into setting to activate DVS and I keep getting an Error 7 come up.
Tried again and again, turned on and off, all the usual stuff.
Rekordbox is up to date in all respects. Laptop the same. i7, win10, 15ram, ssd.
All good.
Looking at other error 7 messages doesnt help me.
Also logging onto my online pioneer profile, it hasnt updated licence key info there either.
Ive put a ticket in and waiting, but in the meantime, any answers?
So Im at a loss. Very frustrating.

Can I clarify -- you're trying to add DVS to a monthly plan, or you already have rekordbox DJ and are trying to activate a monthly plan?
