Pre listening DDJ400

Hi! I need help. I´ve bought a Pioneer DDJ 400 and I´m playing Rekordbox program. The pre listening doesn´t work. If I play a track, and I want to listen to another track through plug out of headphone, the main track sound higher than the pre listenting track, that makes hard the mix. It happens although the volume control and cue are in the right position

I hope to help me to fix it.

There are three important things:

A - Defines whether you hear the "master" in the headphones or not.
B - Activate the cueing of a channel.
C - Determines what you listen to in the headphones and at what volume.
In particular, by turning the "C" knobs (the one at the top) you hear the pre-listening, the master or the mix between the two...

However, I suggest you read the manual: everything is explained very clearly....
