Toraiz SQUID: Scale mode

Please make the scale mode like the SP-16 in that if you use a truncated scale like Blues or Pentatonic, you can fit 3+ octaves on one page of 16 pads. The current scale mode that only allows 1 octave across the 16 pads and the "in between" notes just triggering the closest note in the scale is extremely limiting from a performance standpoint. If you can't do that, create a couple of custom scale slots so I can build my own.
