First, check that you have the latest firmware on the DDJ-1000, and then follow the instructions here to disable the turbo-boost on your processor.

glitches while playing tracks
I have glitches while playing tracks.
Both on the master out and in the cueing.
I use a windows surface book with record box and pioneer DDJ 1000 (both up to date). I have already increased the latency in driver, but I continue to observe glitches.
