The tempo is not working anymore on my XDJ-RX. The software asked me to update the software and so I did. After that suddenly I can not change the tempo anymore on my controller. PLEASE HELP!!!! I need to play tomorrow night. This is a disaster. :(

Panic. The tempomixer on controller is still not working and it seems nobody can help me.
I am using record box. A few suggestions I tried already. Move the tempo all the way up and then down and then to the middle. It still doesn't work.
What can I do? I have a dj gig this weekend. PANIC

As a workaround you can use sync to match tracks' BPM which will bypass the tempo slider... Not ideal but should get you through the gig.
