Full Rekordbox (Music) Collection Back-Up

Hi Pioneer DJ, 

I am trying to be as extra careful with my new 9000+ music collection on Rekordbox as possible. 

I am currently in the process of transferring my entire music collection from my Windows PC Laptop to my new MacBook Pro 2018. 

I have many scattered libraries and sub-folders with music directed to Rekordbox and my iTunes library, though none of my files are missing, everything has been located in my PC. 

I am in the process of "Moving Master Database" onto my external hard drive, though I wanted to ensure that this process will still keep my Rekordbox/Music Collection onto my PC, just in case as a back-up laptop and incase the MacBook Pro transfer does not entirely workout. 

Any Tips/Tricks you can suggest? I'm just terrified of backing-up/transferring files, because I'm worried I might lose them or the collection on my PC will corrupt and I will lose everything in the process. I have my libraries and folders backed-up on my external hard drive, but I still want to be sure I am doing everything right.
