I hope this isnt a repetitive question but i have to ask anyway ok here it is i just did the latest updte to my ddj 1000 i have had it the day it was out and found out while using it that the snap/quantize is not really all together and that is the most important thing with a controller ok the real club feel a triple plus but the snap not working right kinda makes it unreliable as a controller so i have to ask do they know how much longer its gonna be before the snap/quantize is totally reliabe i dont mean to be or sound rude but this is an honest question and kinda of a big issue with me since i waited and cant return it almost a year and still no updates for this issue...

You'll need to clarify what you mean by "not reliable" as it could certainly be a setting / usage issue rather than a problem with the hardware or software.
Any example you can provide, including a video, outlining the details and problems you're experiencing would be helpful.
