Rekordbox Glitch 25 minutes after opening

Hi - 

Been having the weirdest problem. After exactly 25 minutes of starting rekordbox (or maybe the computer itself) There is a 2 sec glitch happening. sounds like the songs slows down to the max or kinda stretchy.

I tried everything and cant figure it out as it happens 3 out of 5 times. I disabled anti virus, wi fi. put it on airplane mode left it not full screen...

I use a ddj rb, windows 10 , i7.
