XDJ-RX2 Line/phone aren’t working well

I attach DDJ SZ2 to the line input in a XDJ RX2 and the sound too lower and with bad quality. Like there is nothing connected. Bue when I changed to the second line I get the sound with perfect quality. So two days after there’s no sound on the line input neither.

Are you sure you connected to the LINE input and not the PHONO? The phono input is only for turntables, and would naturally sound awful. I'd actually recommend using the AUX input for additional devices being connected rather than occupying one of the main channels.
