Squid midi out bug

Think I found a bug, I can’t get midi notes to send out on channel 15 on either midi out 1 or 2. When I switched to channel 16 with the scale in chromatic, the lowest octave wasn’t sending out notes correctly either, so even tho it says C1- the notes sent out were half an octave up.

Up until channels 15. And. 16 all was working fine.

If anyone could confirm this that would be cool.
