1) Open the Photos item on the tree at the left.
2) Drag a folder of photos into the collection area at the right (or use the File > Import option).
3) Create a playlist of photos.
4) Drag that playlist to the Slideshow.

No worries, I hadn't done it in a while and was like "I know I've done this as a folder before..." lol

On a side note any idea when they will fix "Tag" for videos? I know now it works for music only but not videos.
